Katerine has a deep understanding of government decision-making, public policy development, and stakeholder management in diverse political environments. Over the last six years, she has had experience working with MPs and Ministers, across federal and Victorian political offices. Most recently, Katerine worked as an adviser in the Victorian government, across various policy portfolios, including multicultural affairs, small business, employment, and housing. Through her work, she has developed expertise in navigating complex government processes to generate policy change.

As the daughter of two migrant parents, Katerine is passionate about social justice and equality. She believes that sustained advocacy can have a meaningful impact and achieve positive outcomes for the community. She’s skilled in political communication and engagement, having coordinated various campaigns in areas such as supporting local manufacturing in Victoria and achieving better gender diversity in politics.

Katerine has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Creative Writing and History, from the University of Melbourne, and a Juris Doctor degree from Latrobe University. In her spare time, Katerine can be found alongside her dog Archie, in a pilates studio, reading a book, watching reality TV, or writing poetry.
