Elena Mogilevski is a respected consultant in impact measurement, known for her practical and tailored approach. Since founding her consultancy in 2020, she has supported over 40 organisations to design fit-for-purpose impact frameworks aligned to their size, maturity, and capacity. She brings deep knowledge of the not-for-profit and philanthropic sectors, informed by her work with the Myer Foundation, Sidney Myer Fund, and the Ian Potter Foundation.

The Institute of Community Directors Australia (ICDA) is an independent social enterprise, dedicated solely to serving our community. As a purpose-built governance network, we cater to the unique needs of not-for-profits and social enterprises.

ICDA fills the gap in practical governance training for board directors and staff within the community sector, including not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises, school councils, sport clubs, committees and local councils. We deliver accredited governance and leadership courses and resources tailored to the community sector's needs, in response to what you say you want.
