Isa brings a nuanced understanding of government decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and policy development, shaped by years of experience within Victoria's political and public service landscape. He has served as an adviser in the Victorian Government across a range of portfolios, including police, racing, crime prevention, and the circular economy. His time working closely with MPs, Ministers, and Departments, as well as in the Victorian public service, has given him a comprehensive grasp of how government operates across its many layers.

With more than a decade of political involvement — spanning roles as a volunteer, campaigner, and staffer — Isa is well-versed in the art of framing issues to achieve meaningful impact. He takes a pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach to his work, leveraging insights from across the political spectrum to identify strategic pathways and deliver results. Isa’s strength lies in navigating complex political environments and uncovering opportunities that align with both stakeholder goals and public policy priorities.

The first in his family to attend university, Isa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, where he majored in History and Politics. He is deeply passionate about social justice, particularly in ensuring young people have the tools and support to thrive. His enduring interest in the dynamics of politics continues to drive his commitment to public service.
