Her career began in the education sector, where she spent seven years working alongside international academic partners and universities in Australia and the UK. As part of the initial team establishing a brand-new, state-of-the-art international university in Sri Lanka from the ground up, she contributed to administration, partnerships, academic research, operational delivery, and the development of the new campus infrastructure. She also played a central role in 360° event execution, graduations, academic showcases, and product launches.

Her portfolio broadened into storytelling, content, and social media across digital, press, and in-person formats. She is a trained cultural Kandyan dancer, rooted in creativity, discipline, and heritage.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration from the UK.
