Effective systems building and campaigning leads to $500+ million government tender

Tanck government engagement strategy regulatory risk sustainability business development

A not for profit training and employment provider was seeking an important government tender.

After an initial period of dedicated government engagement systems and skills building, Tanck assisted the organisation to develop and run a targeted advance of tender campaign and then a visibility campaign featuring the organisations' other business areas and running adjacent to the tender process.

These campaigns resulted in the organisation being awarded a $500+ tender amount.

Tanck’s most recent whitepaper takes a deeper dive into engaging for better impact and is available here.
