5-year strategy and $5 million funding for Australian peak body

An Australian peak body in the social services sector sought to develop a member driven campaign to achieve funding and policy goals.

Tanck supported them to determine political strategy and targets, and develop ideas and materials for engaging their members.

The organisation was able to activate its members to carry out a letter writing campaign that resulted in the peak body being invited into ministerial advisory groups, collaboration with government on the development and launch of a 5-year strategy, and securing over $5M in Federal funding.
